Research Methodology & Strategic Framework
This experiential research project investigates the unique barriers and feature value drivers for newcomers navigating the Canadian financial landscape. By bridging the gap between traditional banking and innovative fintech solutions, this study seeks to optimize the path to financial integration. Our two-phase approach combines qualitative focus groups with quantitative surveys to identify onboarding friction points and unlock strategic value in digital features. Targeted specifically at newcomers aged 20 to 29, the findings will support long-term growth and strengthen investor confidence in emerging financial ecosystems.
